It deserves its 3 stars. We appreciated it, especially its people and staff. Lovely place for visiting stores and shopping centers adjacent to the hotel. For dinner, we went to naniwa ebimaru honpo, it was minutes away from the venue...

It's nice base for sightseeing and exploring Osaka. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
